revisions:

* If asking for changes, PLEASE, ask within the first few days of completion.
* I don't mind giving multiple versions to my customers, just ask right away!
* If you get a reference - feel free to ask for a version without a background, or with a background but no name/gender/etc.

* Ask before editing my art yourself, in any capacity.*

* Once a piece is completed, I will not change body type, fur texture or any stylized traits.

* If you see something that does not seem 'right' about your commission (for example: it is drawn too fluffy, I am missing a marking or add-on, the body type is wrong, etc.) PLEASE, bring it up immediately, especially if it is in a sketching or lining stage. Once a piece is completed, these changes become either more difficult or impossible to fix without redoing the entire piece.
* I will only make edits if they are my fault. Markings I missed, add-ons I missed and the like.

* this rule does not apply to art that is meant to be edited, like linearts or bases.

This is a big one. One of my most common requests from commissioners is to edit something that is more a matter of my artistic style rather than an actual mistake. Although I want to take responsibility for my own shortcomings, it is incredibly frustrating to be asked to go back and redo an entire finished work that I am proud of simply because someone expected me to basically trace the image given to me and produce a copy.

When buying art from me, you are buying an artist's interpretation of your character, pet or self. You are not paying for photorealism. Please keep this in mind before ordering!

When refunds are applicable:

- it is offered to you
- your piece has not been completed within 30 days
- your piece has not been completed before your given deadline

When refunds are absolutely not applicable:

- when the character is in someone else's possession
- when you're not happy with your commission for any of the above reasons ^ (anatomy, body type, stylistic differences)
- within 30 days of order* unless I have offered it
- if the commission type you ordered goes on sale after your order

when requesting a refund, please supply up to three days for me to secure the funds.

GENERAL

* all payment is to be paid for via paypal to the address I give you or e-transfer if your bank is in Canada. All payment is to be in USD unless otherwise stated.
* I do not start work, or even put your piece on my to do list until payment has been sent, unless I have told you otherwise. You also may not choose your deadline until after payment is sent.
* deals are offered to long-time customers and on bulk orders (3+ items equaling to $15 or more)*
* I will draw nearly any species, except most primates and some equines. If you are unsure, please ask!
* I am willing to negotiate deadlines as long as the time given to complete the commission is fair, while keeping in mind that I often have 20 pieces on my to do list at a time (they are not completed in any specific order)
* if interested in WIP shots, please ask while ordering. I tend to get things finished in the same day as I start them and sometimes having to send WIP shots and wait for feedback can get in the way of a quick process!
* SAVE! YOUR! ART! I often clear out my files and if you have not saved your work to your own server, it could be gone forever.

* bulk deals are not offered on items that are already on sale.

Before continuing on to my commission information, it is your responsibility to read through and agree with whatever of the following terms apply to you. Breaking of these rules can result in being blacklisted temporarily or permanently (depending on severity) from my sales, premade and/or commission-based.

You may use the menu at the bottom left to jump to what you think will apply to your commission! It is recommended you read general, revisions/refunds and blacklisting.

revisions and refunds

resellable art

This is specifically for lines/bases/sketches. This does not cover anything that hasn't been sold with the intent to sell. If you're interested in characters or character art,

* I reserve the right to use a base made for you to colour for my own use, or a couple for friends.
* you may not sell an unedited base or lineart for more than it was originally purchased for.
* it is necessary to include my signature on tag linearts and bases, but not on sketches. I do however ask that you credit me for a sketch.

Characters and litters

All of my characters have the same rules.*
This includes characters you bought before with more strict rules!

*These rules do NOT apply to litters, even litters I have sold.

* If they were bought from me, and not from a litter I drew for, they are available to be resold (if they come with at least some art), traded, or bred.
* I may ask you to inform me if you plan on selling/trading a character - this is not to stifle you but only because I like the character enough to possibly buy it back eventually!
* Revamping custom designs/characters I have made is A-OK as long as a new reference is made or I give you permission to edit the art given - make sure to credit me for the original design ON THE REF.
* I will not duplicate or base a design based on another piece or design you do not own - if you describe a character that already exists to make me make you a custom character that is similar or the same, you will be blacklisted. Use menu to view blacklisting guidelines.
* BE SPECIFIC.
* I do not offer payment plans.

litters:

* I might be interested in creating a puppy for you in exchange for 50/50 profits -- just ask and don't be offended if I decline!
* the commissioner of the pup decides on trading, reselling and breeding rules as well as revamping rules - if you want me to add rules onto the ref, just ask!
* puppies I have made from my characters must be approved before revamps to make sure that they are not changed to look more like their parents.

Litters are typically a phenomenon over on furry paws and typically are feral characters. I am willing to make anthro litters but, if you use these characters inappropriately I have the right to blacklist you from future sales.

This is not going to be a list to publicly shame those who cannot commission me, this is just to warn potential and returning commissioners what is unwelcome in my practice.
Although I sell my art on websites that vary in professionalism, I do get the majority of my income from art so I take my work extremely seriously. This is my job, as a disabled person who is unable to attend a 'real' steady workplace.

My blacklist works on a green/yellow/red system, and I have a private list that is marked as such.

The green zone:
This is for new and returning customers whom are seen as polite, easy to work with, pay up front and know my rules and do not break them. The majority of my commissioners past and present and potential are in this zone.

The yellow zone:
This involves people who overstep minor boundaries, and it is a temporary blacklist. The time period that those in the yellow zone endure is totally subjective, and depends on what is done to be put in the zone.

You can get put in the
yellow zone by:
- being rude, condescending, generally difficult to work with
- badmouthing me or my art, publicly or in private (if I find out about it)
- retracting bids
- claiming art without having the funds readily available
- arguing with regarding on my guidelines
- ripping off any other artists I know
- being rude to other artists I know with unjust reasoning
- editing artwork without my permission
- breaking other rules that are specific to your commission type

The red zone:
This involves people who repeatedly overstep boundaries, are rude, or cause lasting damage to my practice or finances.

You can be put in the
red zone by:
- multiple offenses in the yellow zone
- charge-backs on paypal (whether against me or someone else) - I will fight them, I will provide receipts, I will win and your account is more likely to be shut down, and you will be publicly blacklisted. Do not even attempt this.

- using *underage* characters I have made you in porn - if they are of age, go nuts!
- stealing art or characters from me for personal use or resale
- extreme rudeness or harassing messages

- refusing to send payment after claiming a piece

- hiding bids on auctions (without a legitimate excuse)

Final Disclaimer:
I often take on a lot of commissions because it is my main source of income - this means that I can take a month or more to complete your piece (although very unlikely), unless we have scheduled a deadline. I am disabled and that does get in the way of my business, but I will always try to make sure my commissioners get what they paid and waited for.

You are always welcome to remind me of a piece, but please try to be fair and not excessive!
